Since everything is custom made after payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. If there is ever a problem with your purchase, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your item. 48 hours will be determined by when USPS marks your package as "delivered" via the delivery confirmation number. Photographic evidence will be required.

Please know that I cannot be responsible for items damaged, lost, or delayed by the postal service and refunds can not be given if such occurs. Purchasing insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!  Please contact me immediately after purchasing if you would like to add insurance and I will send you an invoice.
