I print all of my shipping labels using Paypal shipping. Therefore, the address I ship to is your PAYPAL ADDRESS. Please make sure this address is correct BEFORE you purchase. Once the order has been placed, I will not be able to change the "ship to" address. The order will only be shipped to the address provided to me by Paypal.
Most outfits will ship USPS priority mail (US customers only) which generally takes about three days. This is just an estimate given by the USPS and is not a guaranteed time frame of delivery. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like to add insurance to your order for an additional charge, as I cannot be responsible for packages once they have left my possession.
For tutus with wings or additional oversized items, they will be sent via parcel post, unless you want to pay extra for quicker shipping. Parcel post is estimated to take 2-9 days once shipped. This does not include my "create time."
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I require at least four weeks of ship time PLUS my turnaround time for all international orders. For example, if my turnaround time is five weeks before shipping, then all international orders must be placed nine weeks prior to when you need the outfit by. Once your item ships I cannot be responsible for delays in customs or shipping and refunds will not be given if delays occur since this is beyond my control. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes once the package is received. International packages will ship via first class international.
