Current Turnaround Time
Orders are currently shipping 2 weeks after payment is received. I complete orders in the order that they are received. This timeframe does not include shipping. Please make sure you are ordering within the right timeframe. Refunds will NOT be given if you do not receive your item in time for the event. There will be a $5 cancellation fee for ALL canceled orders, so please make sure you are ordering within the right timeframe.
*Sundays and USPS holidays do not count in the turnaround time. For example, if you place your order on a Sunday, since the mail doesn't run on Sundays, it may be three weeks + one day before your items ship. This also applies to USPS holidays.
Shipping
Most of my outfits ship via USPS Priority Mail for US customers and First Class International for international customers. Please refer to my Shipping Policy page for more info.
Payment
I only accept Paypal as a form of payment. As soon as your payment is received I will begin creating your special item. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to checkout. You may use Paypal as a guest without having an actual account.
Arkansas residents will be charged Arkansas sales tax.

Custom Orders
I love custom orders. If you have a theme that is not listed in my shop, please email me. I would be happy to work with you to create an outfit for your little girl's special day.

Fabric Substitutions
I do my best to use the exact fabric as pictured in the listing. Sometime this fabric becomes discontinued or will be on back order. In these cases, a fabric that is similar in style and color will be substituted.
Font Choice Selection
On the majority of my outfits, you are allowed to choose the font that your child's name is monogrammed in. You are fully responsible in your choice of font. If you want to see a specific name in a specific font choice, please ask, and I will be more than happy to send you a screen shot from my software after the item has been paid for (MAXIMUM of THREE choices). If you do not ask for a preview, I cannot be responsible if you do not like the font choice once the item is received.
Cleaning Instructions
Tutus: To help with wrinkles, gently pull at the tulle strands or comb your fingers through the tutu. You can also hang your tutu in the bathroom while a hot shower is running. Spot clean with cool water if needed, but do not machine wash.
Items with sewn on ribbon (bloomers, leg warmers, some shirts)...For best results, hand wash in cold water or wash in cold water on the hand wash cycle with mild detergents and air dry. Do not iron the ribbon! If bleach or hot temperatures are used, the polka dots can be damaged. Your ribbon may become damaged if submerged in water for a length of time.
Wings: Spot clean only
Monogrammed and Appliqued shirts: Cold water, gentle cycle, hang to dry.
